Our Boats From Today

Here are some of our great boats from Grade Two today!

Float or Sink Boat

In grade two we have started to make our float or sink boats. Below are some pictures of an exemplar that we will be completing as a class in order to later complete the task on our own. The rubric is also part of this exemplar. 

Be a Kid Against Bullying

At your desk you will find a piece of paper with the words: Be a Kid Against Bullying please complete this sentence with how you can help stop bullying.

Example:

Be a Kid Against Bullying: Always play with everyone at recess.

Be a Kid Against Bullying: Make sure you use kind words all day.

Sink and Float

In grade two we worked on our sink and float experiment! Before starting we all made predictions of what we thought would sink and what would float.

Where Has Fall Gone Grade 1's

Today in class the grade ones worked on a picture identify some of the changes that happen in the fall. Below is an example as well as the success criteria for a good fall picture.
